Our Story

Built by Someone Who Had to Do It Better.

Jacob Mozer grew up in a family where his mother designed homes and his father and siblings built them. He earned his degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University and went on to manage large-scale projects across the country with Kiewit Corporation.

Everywhere he worked, he saw the same problems: slow timelines, wasted money, and clients left guessing. He partnered with his wife Laura, who brings deep business and management experience, and together they founded BT to introduce modern building practices to Montana.

In March 2023, they launched BT Wall Systems to address the shortage of framing contractors in the region. Today BT builds custom homes, commercial projects, remodels, and additions statewide.
